EEL hasn't been on in a while so I'll explain what to do.
You will have to locate the room with all the lade down bins forgot the name but next to the bins or rahter tanks are boxes that can be jumped on but is a little tricky to get between and on top just run and jump untill you get on then you should be able to jump on the lade down tanks and this allows to jump throught the ceiling onto the top edge of the wall. then you can explore and follow the areas but stay on the lining of the wall so you don't fall.
