Here's the point. you need to give EA access through the firewall (As an acception). To accept the program. access the firewall you go control panel> firewall acceptions or firewall setting and look for Acceptions. This will allow EA to connect to the network, but you have to set a port, an open port. Either you kno what ports are open or you don't. You must figure out your router type and if it's a third party router. Link-sys, net-gear etc... If you have one provided by service then you will have to access your port settings through the service page such as Verizon.
